As you have probably already guessed from the name; Lars was born and raised in Denmark. 

He is the only son of Gerd.  She was also a late blooming artist, known around Fredensborg.

Lars came to Australia in his late twenties. just in time for the 1988 bi-centenary celebrations. 

Ten years later he visited Avoca Beach. This is where he draws, paints and goes for walks at the waters edge every day and rarely comes home without a few 48MP RAW iPhone14 photos of the waves, the sky, the sand, the rock...   

 

Lars  has always been creative: Model railways as a kid.  Now his creativity is more artistic.  Painter and Photographer. His focus is fair and square on seascapes and local birds.
